The post will play a pivotal role in the executive management team,
will lead financial operations and corporate services and will drive
effective performance in these areas in delivering on the mission of
Western Care Association. A priority is to develop a business
partnering approach with service managers, budget holders and the
executive management team in addition to managing the financial
aspects of our relationship with the HSE, other statutory bodies and
the community, to best achieve the goals of the organisation and to
use the available resources in the best interests of people served.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying,
improving and managing the implementation of its systems, including IT
systems, to improve the delivery of services and supports provided by
the Association.

responsible to lead and manage a range of HR activities and
projects.?They will be responsible for managing day to day operations
such as time and attendance, policy development and implementation,
